Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the application or system. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality by utilizing excellent communication to ensure seamless operation of advanced systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client concerns and leverages thorough understanding of the product to develop effective solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout daily interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and client experience.
- Document and share knowledge to support team learning and continuous improvement.
- Assist in monitoring system health and proactively identify potential issues before they impact clients.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Governance.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and compliance requirements.
- Experience in implementing policies and procedures to ensure data quality and security.
- Ability to analyze and resolve data-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with tools and frameworks used for data governance and stewardship.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Governance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
