Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the continuous point of contact between clients and the system or application. This role is committed to maintaining high standards of quality by utilizing excellent communication to ensure the smooth operation of advanced systems. The practitioner carefully identifies client issues and applies thorough understanding of the product to develop effective solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout daily interactions.

Project Role Description:
Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect requirements from customer and interpret those for implementation
- Design and Development of Python, Ansible based automations as per best practices
- Co-ordinate with customer for end-to-end implementation of automation
- Continuous audit of use-cases as per standards and policies
- Responsible for status tracking and reporting
- Contribute to SIPs and initiatives to add more value to existing automations or provide more efficient solutions deployable in client environment

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering, Python (Programming Language), DevOps, Ansible on Microsoft Azure
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on system stability and client satisfaction.
- Experience in incident management and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
- Ability to work with monitoring tools and automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and clients.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment processes to support scalable applications.
- Experience with Python
- Experience with Ansible
- Experience with any kind of API based integrations and designs
- Good to have experience on Azure and AWS
- Well exposed to Infrastructure automations
- Must have Linux/Windows experience
- Flexible with work timing shouldn t be constrained to stretch hours when required
- Well versed corporate ethics and compliance
- Self-motivated: Should be able to work in collaboration with team and with enthusiasm

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
