The practitioner carefully identifies client issues and applies thorough understanding of the product to develop effective solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability throughout daily interactions and problem resolution processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline support processes and enhance service delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on system and application support.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in incident management and root cause analysis within IT operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with service management frameworks and best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
