Summary:
As a Business Agility Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging with diverse client organizations to guide and support their transformation journeys. This role requires providing advisory services that help organizations adapt swiftly to changing market conditions and technological advancements. The practitioner collaborates closely with various stakeholders to foster an environment of continuous learning and innovation, enabling clients to enhance their competitive edge. The workday is dynamic, involving strategic discussions, problem-solving sessions, and facilitating change initiatives that drive sustainable business agility and growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance organizational agility.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business and technology teams to ensure cohesive transformation strategies.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Business Architecture, Business Agility.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Requirements Analysis, Business Architecture, Business Agility.
- Strong capability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams to drive consensus and shared understanding.
- Experience in facilitating workshops and discussions that promote agile thinking and adaptive planning.
- Skilled in identifying organizational challenges and designing innovative solutions that align with business goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at client onsite locations within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
