Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions. The day includes gathering and analyzing information from various sources, identifying the needs of customers, and envisioning improved future states or business solutions that enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration with different stakeholders to synthesize insights and support decision-making is a key part of daily activities.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives by providing detailed business insights.

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable plans.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing cross-functional collaboration.

- Competence in assessing business models and integrating technology solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Business Architecture.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
