Summary:
In the role of Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This includes evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological solutions. The role requires identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning future improvements or solutions, and gathering comprehensive information through research and analysis. Collaboration with various teams to ensure a cohesive understanding of business objectives and technology integration is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Support the development and implementation of business process improvements based on analysis and feedback.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur Functional.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Testing, Test Automation Strategy.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey technical and business information to diverse audiences.
