Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach and guide the development team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
Remove blockers and impediments that hinder team progress
Track and communicate sprint velocity, burndown charts, and team metrics
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization
Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and epics
Conduct gap analysis between current and future-state processes
Create process flows, wireframes, use cases, and functional specifications
Facilitate requirement workshops
Perform UAT coordination and support defect management
Ensure delivered features meet business objectives and acceptance criteria

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in similar role, or in Software development lifecycle/IT and/ or as Business Analyst in IT.

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Desire to work in an information system environment.
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
