Summary:
As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function aimed at enhancing performance from start to finish. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to analyze current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing or redesigning processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. You will engage in discussions to define organizational roles and responsibilities, ensuring that the implementation aligns with the overall business strategy. Your role will also require you to monitor progress and provide insights to facilitate continuous improvement within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and implementation strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and design.
- Experience with change management methodologies.
- Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate discussions effectively.
- Knowledge of performance metrics and how to measure business function improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
