Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to meet evolving organizational objectives. This position demands a thoughtful approach to process improvement and effective communication across teams to facilitate seamless integration of new workflows.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process gaps and recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather insights and foster alignment among diverse stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and supporting their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for enhancement.
- Experience in documenting detailed process flows and technical requirements to support system implementation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance considerations related to system validation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
