Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing workflows and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. The position also includes partnering with business units to define detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role involves participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs and facilitate seamless integration of new systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding business processes and project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve complex business processes.
- Experience in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and change management principles.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
