Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies.  Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to support organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to meet evolving operational challenges and opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve complex business processes.
- Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges within business process implementations.
- Familiarity with business process modeling techniques and tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
