Summary:
In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves thoroughly analyzing existing business workflows and designing innovative processes that align with organizational goals. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new technologies and process improvements. The role also includes partnering with business units to clearly define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions effectively address operational needs. Additionally, the Business Process Architect actively participates in user and task analysis to accurately capture and represent the evolving needs of the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles and logistics processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise resource planning solutions.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration.
- Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our CDC2F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
