Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to support organizational goals. This role requires creating detailed documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with various business units to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet evolving operational challenges and opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders for process enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in documenting business process workflows and translating them into actionable implementation plans.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Familiarity with process modeling tools and techniques to visualize and communicate process designs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate process changes and facilitate collaboration across teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
