Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing business workflows and designing innovative processes that align with organizational goals. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into comprehensive documentation. The role also includes partnering with business units to ensure that new technologies and processes are effectively integrated, while continuously evaluating user needs and operational tasks to support seamless implementation and adoption.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in process design and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending process enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong expertise in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements to support process design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Skilled in translating complex business needs into clear and actionable process guidelines.
- Familiarity with change management principles to support process adoption and implementation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our CDC2F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
