This role requires creating detailed documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs, ensuring that solutions are practical and effective across various teams and departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and design business processes effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable documentation.
- Familiarity with user and task analysis methodologies to capture business needs accurately.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
