Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and performance standards. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and establish clear business requirements. The professional ensures that all design and quality standards are met through thorough reviews and continuous engagement with teams. Additionally, educating stakeholders to foster a deep understanding of the process designs is a key part of daily activities, ensuring alignment and clarity across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless process integration.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, SAP S/4HANA FICO.
- Strong expertise in financial accounting processes within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into effective process designs.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business and technical objectives.
- Skilled in quality management practices to ensure compliance with business and design standards.
- Excellent communication skills to educate and engage stakeholders at various levels.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.
