The professional collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define product requirements and develop use cases that address both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to meet evolving operational challenges and opportunities.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

- Experience in designing and optimizing business processes using advanced AI technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into actionable process designs.

- Familiarity with process documentation standards and tools to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges that span multiple teams and domains.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Chennai office.
