Summary:
In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing business workflows and designing innovative processes that align with organizational goals. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new technologies and procedures. The role also includes partnering with business units to clearly define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs. Additionally, the Business Process Architect actively participates in user and task analysis to accurately capture and represent the evolving needs of the business environment, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather insights and align process improvements with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning methodologies and discrete manufacturing processes.
- Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and integration points within manufacturing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our CDC2F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
