Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud-based and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes building and testing these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer deploys infrastructure and platform environments and develops proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of proposed designs. Collaboration with various teams to align architecture with business needs and continuous evaluation of system performance are also key aspects of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of cloud infrastructure ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Mainframe Modernization.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and resilient cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for cloud environment management.
- Knowledge of performance testing and optimization techniques for cloud applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Mainframe Modernization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
