Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud-based application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes testing and deploying these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer develops and implements infrastructure and platform environments, often creating proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of proposed designs. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of cloud solutions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and security.
- Document architecture designs and deployment processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members in understanding cloud platform concepts and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Ability to design and validate architecture through proof of concept implementations.
- Familiarity with integrating cloud and on-premises systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex platform issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
