Responsibilities

→Support the deployment and administration of Cloudflare One services
→Support Cloudflare Browser Isolation capabilities and secure browsing initiatives
→Assist with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) implementations
→Support Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) capabilities
→Assist with Cloudflare Tunnel onboarding, private network connectivity and secure access solutions
→Support Identity Provider integrations using Entra ID and SSO technologies
→Troubleshoot networking, DNS and application access issues
→Analyze security and network logs to support incident resolution
→Create and maintain operational documentation and implementation deliverables
→Collaborate with cloud, security and infrastructure teams
→Continuously develop expertise in Zero Trust and SASE technologies
→Support Device Posture integrations and endpoint security enforcement initiatives
→Support Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and data protection policy implementations

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering or a related field
4 or more years of experience in Networking, Security, Cloud Security, Infrastructure Engineering or Security Operations
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, VPN, HTTP/HTTPS, Authentication and Network Security concepts
Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, Entra ID, Zero Trust principles and Identity Security concepts
Ability to troubleshoot network, connectivity and application access issues
Experience analyzing logs and technical data to support incident investigation and resolution
Ability to create operational documentation and implementation deliverables
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across cloud, security, and infrastructure teams
Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
Fluent English communication skills are mandatory

Experience with Cloudflare One
Experience with Browser Isolation technologies
Understanding of Device Posture and endpoint compliance concepts
Experience supporting Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions
Experience with Secure Web Gateway (SWG) technologies
Experience with CASB solutions
Familiarity with SSE/SASE architecture
Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions
Exposure to Private Access and Zero Trust network architectures
Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies
Experience with Palo Alto, Zscaler, Netskope or similar technologies
Exposure to Azure Networking environments
Exposure to AWS Networking environments
