By joining our team, you will work Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, in a hybrid way at our Bucharest (West Gate, Militari) office.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Manage and align customer expectations while fostering strong client relationships.
• Perform customer account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Execute collection activities via phone and email, effectively managing an assigned customer portfolio within established credit terms and limits.
• Provide creditworthiness assessments and relevant financial insights to support Customer Service teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of payment arrangements, conduct regular follow-ups, and ensure prompt account reinstatement upon receipt of payments.

• Good communication, written and oral, proficient in English and Italian (minimum B2 ).
• Intermediate Excel knowledge.
• Good Client handling skills.
• Problem-solving and analysis skills, well organized and attentive to details.
• Proactive, positive attitude and approach.
• Accepts responsibility as an individual and works well within a team.
• Bachelor's degree may be required.
