The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating, editing and delivering all externally facing content, which includes one-sheeters, pitch decks, Gong flows / templates, newsletters, etc. Demonstrate expertise in leveraging AI for the creation and efficiency analysis of diverse content types, knowledge on email marketing best practices and possess strong analytical skills to understand the impact of content on our business metrics.

Background in marketing, communications or similar industry
2-4 years of professional writing and editing experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce, Gong and AI tools like ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude, particularly in the context of content creation and optimisation
Proficiency in Google Suite
Strong organizational skills
Ability to read and understand data to optimize & improve email content as needed
Experience in project management as they will be responsible for coordinating content creation, localization and delivery with multiple steps and stakeholders
Solid communication skills as they will be responsible for interfacing with sellers, sales leadership and client leadership
Ability to meet rigorous deadlines and balance multiple priorities
Proficiency in local language
English level: This person should be able to operate using tools in English, attend training sessions in English, read and understand ad tech / product updates and releases, respond to communications (email, Slack, Google Docs, etc.) in English.
