Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead and manage corporate investigations related to ethics, compliance, and misconduct allegations reported through Accenture’s reporting channels.
- →Plan and conduct confidential and legally privileged investigations, including scope definition, document review, witness interviews, reporting, and remediation recommendations.
- →Advise HR, Legal, and senior leadership on risk assessments and remediation actions related to ethical and compliance matters.
- →Partner with global and regional Compliance, Human Resources, and Legal teams to ensure consistent investigation outcomes.
- →Prepare executive reports, risk assessments, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- →Support the development and training of professionals involved in corporate investigations.
- →Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal investigation procedures, governance, and compliance programs.
- Strong ability to manage sensitive and complex matters with professionalism, objectivity, and discretion.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a multinational and culturally diverse environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
Requirements
~1 min read- Additional European language skills (French, German, Italian, or others).
- Experience in global ethics and compliance programs.
- Previous experience in large multinational organizations.
- Knowledge of legislation related to internal investigations and whistleblower protection.
- Professional certifications in Compliance, Ethics, Investigations, or related fields.
- Law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent).
- Active professional legal qualification (Solicitor, Attorney, or equivalent).
- Fluent English.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Litigation, Employment Law, or related legal fields.
- At least 2 years of experience conducting workplace, compliance, or corporate investigations.
- Proven experience conducting investigative interviews and drafting confidential investigation reports.
- Strong knowledge of ethics, compliance, employee rights and obligations, and related legal frameworks.
- Ability to assess legal and reputational risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Experience advising HR, Legal, and senior executive leadership.
- Experience working in multinational and culturally diverse environments.
