- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment using Amazon Web Services.
- Hands on experience in AWS Architecture + Terraform + Data Lake services.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with automation tools and infrastructure as code concepts within cloud environments.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing cloud resources to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
