- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and their integration into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Experience in scripting and developing test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within complex software environments.
- Familiarity with modern software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Playwright.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
