Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that these applications align with organizational goals. Your role includes continuous collaboration with stakeholders to refine application features and optimize performance, contributing to the seamless integration of technology within business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong knowledge of financial supply chain management processes and their integration within enterprise systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FSCM modules to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues to provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to support iterative development and deployment.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver cohesive software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
