Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for coordinating efforts across various teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with project goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive the successful delivery of customized software solutions, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align objectives and resolve challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data migration and system upgrade activities related to SAP FI S/4HANA.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues within SAP financial modules to ensure system stability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
