Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day revolves around leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. You serve as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the software development lifecycle. Your role involves overseeing the integration of various components, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and continuously refining application features to meet evolving requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing project timelines are integral parts of your daily activities, ensuring that deliverables align with organizational goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions by managing tasks effectively.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development methodologies.
- Experience in configuring and customizing IT operations management tools within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API management to connect various software components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable software.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
