Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You will engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your work will contribute to enhancing system performance and adapting solutions to evolving organizational needs, fostering innovation and continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and resolve issues.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance software development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of production planning and control concepts within discrete manufacturing environments.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP modules to align with business processes.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and develop effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing SAP production planning workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
