Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide seamless functionality. The engineer actively participates in refining processes and adapting applications to evolving business environments, ensuring that the solutions remain relevant and efficient throughout their lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong understanding of procurement and inventory management processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to materials management and supply chain workflows.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM and other SAP modules such as Finance and Production Planning.
- Skilled in documenting technical specifications and creating user guides to support application usage.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
