Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of deliverables. The engineer actively drives innovation and problem-solving efforts to meet project goals and client expectations, fostering a collaborative environment throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application design and development activities to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based integration technologies and middleware solutions.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with API management, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
- Competence in scripting and automation to streamline integration workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
