- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for high-performance applications within SAP HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts, including object-oriented programming and modularization techniques.
- Familiarity with database design and data modeling specific to SAP HANA to support efficient data processing.
- Ability to work with agile development frameworks and tools to manage software delivery cycles effectively.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues to maintain system reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
