Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and across projects.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques and data migration strategies within SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and translating those processes into technical solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors framework.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
