As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You will work within dynamic environments, applying modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration and continuous enhancement of software elements are key aspects of your role, contributing to the overall performance and adaptability of the technology landscape.

- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve software capabilities and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing master data governance processes.
- Ability to customize and extend SAP MDG functionalities to meet complex business requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing master data workflows to enhance data quality and consistency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our BDC4C - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
