As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Utilizing agile methodologies, the engineer focuses on delivering scalable and efficient software that meets evolving business requirements, ensuring high performance and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP FI modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and maintainable code.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
