Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide seamless functionality. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving business demands are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that solutions remain relevant and efficient.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and developing integration scenarios using cloud-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with API management and connectivity protocols within enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
