Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for high-performance applications within SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of database concepts and ability to work with in-memory computing technologies.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in integrating SAP modules and customizing standard SAP functionalities to meet business needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
