Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the desired requirements. The position demands proactive problem-solving, continuous collaboration, and overseeing the technical direction to deliver high-quality solutions. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, managing priorities and aligning efforts to achieve successful outcomes while maintaining clear communication across teams.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture and design patterns related to Spring Boot development.
- Experience in building scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration within Spring Boot applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in Spring Boot environments.
- Understanding of security best practices and implementation within Spring Boot applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
