Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks, and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align software capabilities with business objectives is a key aspect, alongside continuous refinement and optimization of software components to meet evolving requirements and performance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve software architecture and performance.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment using AWS services.
- Experience in designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools and automation frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications and services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
