Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components or applications. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software. Utilizing modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer continuously refines and optimizes software to meet evolving business demands, ensuring high performance and reliability throughout the software lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and performance.
- Document software designs, processes, and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience with data integration and transformation techniques within cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data workflows.
- Ability to optimize query performance and manage large-scale data environments.
- Knowledge of security best practices related to data storage and access control.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
