- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Portfolio and Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and portfolio governance.
- Experience in integrating SAP Portfolio and Project Management with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and tools to support iterative delivery.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SAP environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Portfolio and Project Management.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
