Summary:

We are looking for a senior technology leader with 10–16 years of experience and strong expertise in Python, GenAI and Agentic AI to own the technical direction of complex AI solutions. The role will lead end-to-end architecture, technology decisions, delivery, technical governance and mentoring while driving scalable, secure and reusable enterprise GenAI/Agentic AI capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Own end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for medium to complex GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, including agents, workflows, LLMs, tools, RAG, APIs, integrations and deployment.

2. Analyze business use cases and determine the appropriate GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, traditional software or hybrid approach.

3. Lead architecture and technology decisions, technical reviews, PoCs and productionization while ensuring scalability, performance, security, reliability, maintainability, cost and Responsible AI.

4. Act as the technical authority for the workstream, guide Technical Leads and Senior Engineers, drive reusable architectures and accelerators, and collaborate with architects, product and business stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills

1. Strong Python expertise with hands-on experience developing scalable, maintainable and production-ready applications and integrations.

2. Strong hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM and Agentic AI solutions, including prompt engineering, model selection, agent orchestration, tool/function calling, RAG, embeddings, vector databases and semantic search.

3. Strong experience designing single-agent, multi-agent, workflow-based and hybrid architectures using platforms such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Amazon Bedrock Agents or equivalent.

4. Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, APIs, enterprise integration, security, scalability, observability, AI evaluation, guardrails, Responsible AI and enterprise AI governance.

Additional Information:

1. Experience with MCP, advanced tool integration, agent-to-agent communication, cloud GenAI platforms, AI evaluation and AI security is preferred.

2. Experience creating reusable GenAI/Agentic AI frameworks, reference architectures, accelerators and enterprise patterns is desirable.

3. Strong experience mentoring Technical Leads and engineering teams, conducting architecture/design reviews, managing technical risks and communicating complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
