Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing various components across systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will be involved in problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to increase efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

This position supports the business process automation integration, focusing on non-API tasks that enable parallel progress with API development.
Candidates should have practical experience with AWS Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, and EventBridge.
API Gateway expertise is not required, but basic familiarity is helpful.
Experience with Firehose for data delivery (not transformation) and Glue Data Catalog integration is beneficial.
The goal is to identify a mid-level developer who can own the operational serverless components.
