Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translate those into functional software solutions. Throughout the day, you collaborate with different teams to ensure the applications align with organizational goals and deliver seamless user experiences. Your role is pivotal in shaping software that supports operational efficiency and drives business success by addressing unique challenges through innovative application development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software design and technical specifications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools related to .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Familiarity with database design, development, and integration within .Net Full Stack Development environments.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and deploying applications to ensure high quality and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
