Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. The position demands proactive problem-solving and decision-making to guide the project towards successful completion, while maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to align project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication channels within and between teams to enhance collaboration.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux/Unix Desktop Management, PostgreSQL, Python (Programming Language), Perl Scripts.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL, Python (Programming Language), Perl Scripts.
- Strong knowledge of operating system environments and desktop management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues.
- Experience in scripting and automation to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Familiarity with software configuration and deployment processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Linux/Unix Desktop Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
