Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of deliverables. The engineer actively drives innovation and problem-solving efforts to meet project goals and client expectations, fostering a collaborative environment throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application design and development activities to meet project requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing integration scenarios using cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse systems.
- Familiarity with API management, event-driven architecture, and middleware technologies.
- Experience in configuring and customizing integration flows to optimize performance and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
