As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative and adaptable software design, contributing to the overall success of projects and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Document software designs, processes, and code to ensure clarity and maintainability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience with object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Experience working within agile development environments and iterative delivery cycles.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and debugging techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
