Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in managing and maintaining SAP system landscapes including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Strong understanding of system performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
- Knowledge of database administration and integration with SAP systems.
- Familiarity with transport management and system security protocols in SAP Basis.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
