Summary:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 2–5 years of hands-on software development experience to develop and maintain cloud-native applications using React.js, Node.js and AWS Serverless technologies. The role requires practical exposure to Generative AI, LLM-based applications and Agentic AI, with opportunities to build and integrate AI-powered capabilities into enterprise applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain responsive React.js applications, Node.js services, microservices and REST APIs deployed on AWS serverless technologies.

2. Develop and integrate GenAI/LLM capabilities and AI agents, including prompt engineering, tool/function calling, agent workflows and RAG as applicable.

3. Integrate applications with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, knowledge sources and external tools while following secure and maintainable engineering practices.

4. Participate in testing, debugging, code reviews, deployments, monitoring, Agile ceremonies and resolution of application and AI-related issues.

Professional & Technical Skills

1. Good proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, REST APIs and responsive UI development.

2. Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM and CloudWatch, along with Git, CI/CD, databases, debugging and automated testing.

3. Practical understanding of GenAI/LLM application development and experience with at least one platform such as Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic or Azure OpenAI.

4. Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, AI agents, agent workflows, tool/function calling, prompt engineering, authentication/authorization, OAuth2, JWT and SSO.

Additional Information:

1. Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Amazon Bedrock Agents or equivalent is preferred.

2. Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, knowledge bases, MCP, AI evaluation, guardrails and Responsible AI is desirable.

3. Ability to work effectively in Agile teams and continuously adopt modern software development and AI-assisted engineering practices.
